North Carolina } Perqs County } Know all men by these pressent that I William Munden of the county aforesaid very weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto God. Calling unto my mind the mortality of my body do & ordain this my last will & testament in the following manner & form viz. It is my will that all my just debts and burying expenses paid out of my estate in due time after my decease. I give to my loving wife Hannah Munden my best feather bed and furniture; one horse named Bonney, one womans sadle & bridle, one ?inniing wheel & one wooling wheel one cow by the name of Hassom and her calf, three hogs ???? about one year & a half old five barrels of corn and all my crop of potatoes now growing to my wife & her heirs and assigns. I give to will my beloved daughter Rachel Munden her choice of my other feather beds & furniture one horse named ?????? three years old ????? called Ski one ?inning wheel to my said daughter & her heirs and assigns. it is also my will that my aforesaid daughter recieve the above mention legacy at my d???ed I give to my daughter Ruth Haskitt five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate to her & her heirs and assigns I give to my daughter Mary White five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate to her & her heirs and assigns I give to my daughter Darkis Maudlin five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate to her & her heirs and assigns I give to my daughter Lidia White five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate to her & her heirs and assigns I give to my daughter Sussanna Perry five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate to her & her heirs and assigns I give to my daughter Mariane Stott ???? or to her heirs the sum five schillings lawful money to be raised out of my estate I give all the remaining part of my estate to my other three sons named William Simon & Robert Munden to be equally divided between the above named three sons to them and their assigns furthermore I do constitute make & ordain my two sons William & Simon Munden Executors of this my last will & testament & do herby utterly disallow revoke & disannull all & every other former testament, will bequest and executed by me in any manner or wise before named willed or bequesthed attesting this & confirming this and no other to be my last will & testament in witness where of 1 hereunto set my hand & sign this 28th of august 1778 signed sealed published and declared to be the said William Mundens last will and testament in the presence of us.
