Probated October Court 1745.  (“On the North East side of Perquimans River”).  
Wife and Executrix: Sarah.  
Sons: William Bogue (100 acres land on the East side Sutens Creek”),  Jake Bogue.  
Witnesses: John More, Thomas Bagley.  
Clerk of the Court: Edmund Hatch.  Courthouse on Phelps Point.
