MOYOCK - Jasper J. Godfrey, age 92, of Moyock, NC, died Friday, February 21, 
2003 in Sentara Barco Nursing Home. 

He was born in Perquimans, NC, son of the late Noah, and Katie Stallings Godfrey. 
Mr. Godfrey was a retired farmer and served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be Sunday, February 23, 2003 at 3:00 PM in Twiford’s 
Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Tom Suplee officiating. 

Burial will be in the Moyock Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends in lobby of the funeral home following the 
service. 

Twiford’s Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
