The Virginian-Pilot January 19, 2003 HERTFORD - Floyd Earl Riddick, 58, of the 200 block of Lazy Days Trail, died Jan. 17, 2003. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
