BELVIDERE - Clarine Josie Winslow, 78, a native of Perquimans County, died Nov. 
5, 2002 in Down East Rehab Center, Gatesville.

Winslow was the daughter of the late Mary Lizzie Chappell and Jesse Thomas 
Winslow.

Survivors include four sisters, Jessie Mae Williams of Belvidere, Delsie W 
White of Hobbsville, Miller W. Eder of Winter Springs, FL, and Blannie W. 
Copeland of Tyner.

She was a member of Sandy Cross Baptist Church.

A funeral was held Nov. 8, 2002 in Swindell Funeral Home Chapel in Hertford 
with the Rev. Vern Gilmer officiating.

Burial was in the Winslow Family Cemetery.
